Ram Mandir is on its way to the Pran Pratistha ceremony, where Lord Ram’s child form (Ram Lalla) consecration will take place. However, the controversies and petitions against the practice gave another direction to the ceremony. Will the petition stop the ceremony? A resident from Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, claims the ceremony to be against Hindu traditions. The petition in Allahabad High Court divides the devotees into two parts. Following are more details about the Ram Mandir Petition against the Pran Pratishtha ceremony.
A Petition Filed Against Lord Ram Mandir Pran Pratishtha, Everything Here
Bhola Das is a resident of Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. He filed a petition against the Ram Mandir’s Pran Pratishtha ceremony. During this ceremony, the Lord Ram’s child form will enter the temple as Ram Lalla. Bhola Das’s petition demands its cancellation. The reason is the non-following of the Hindu traditional sayings and rituals. It includes organizing the religious program in the month of Paush, which goes against Hindu practices. The other reason is the consecration of the deity in an unfinished temple. No consecration should be done until the temple’s construction is completed. It goes against the Sanatana Traditions.
The petitioner wants the High Court to take action against it. The Pran Pratishtha ceremony includes PM Modi as the chief guest. He mentions that he is blessed to have the chance to be at the inauguration ceremony. Arun Yogiraj has sculpted the idol of Ram Lalla.
The recent updates include Sharad Pawar to skip the ceremony. He mentions that he will not attend the Pran Pratishtha ceremony as the temple is still incomplete. He will be visiting the temple for darshan after the construction is completed. His step influences many other political leaders of his party to skip the ceremony.
Congress also decides to skip the consecration. They believe that BJP is doing all this for the upcoming elections. The Congress accuses the party and gets support from other minor parties as well. However, the preparations are still ongoing. There is no major effect of it. Ram Mandir’s Pran Pratishtha doesn’t seem to be affected enough. It’s the dream of the thousands of devotees coming true. Special arrangements are going on for all the practices.
The construction faced a lot of difficulties that hit hard on devotees. However, it’s a special time for India. The inauguration will take place on 22 January 2024. PM Modi expresses their gratitude to be present at these auspicious moments of India. Keep reading with Businesspatrika for more information.
